This position manages a personal portfolio of 100-150 top individual and institutional supporters and proactively identifies and engages new prospective donors for the Hammer. While the Hammer engages in a major multiyear capital campaign of $180M+, the Chief Advancement Officer, plays an especially key role in maintaining a strong baseline of annual support.
